08-05-21 UPDATE: John Andrews Morris from Lenhartsville, PA was arrested on three charges of Aggravated Animal Cruelty and six charges of Neglect of Animal. The Neglect of Animal charges includes five charges for Failure to provide water and one charge for Failure to provide shelter.

One of the three horses removed by ARL’s Department of Animal Protection passed due to the severity of his injuries. The other two horses are recovering under ARL’s care.

The investigation is still open.

On Monday, July 26, Humane Law Officers from the Animal Rescue League’s (ARL) Department of Animal Protection removed several horses from a property in Greenwich Township. The animals were found in poor condition and are currently under veterinary care at the shelter.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are expected to be filed in the coming days. The ARL will be releasing more information after the investigation concludes.
