2. Definition of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity: We recognize and value the unique differences and perspectives of every individual, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, physical ability, socio-economic background, religion, and personal experiences.

Equity: We strive to ensure that all individuals have equal opportunities to access resources, support, and opportunities within our organization, acknowledging that different individuals may require different levels of support to thrive.

Inclusion: We actively work to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected and where each person can fully participate and contribute to our mission and goals.
