Autumn may be in full swing right now, but here at the ARL, life has felt like we’re walking into a winter wonderland. That’s because on Saturday, December 2nd, we are hosting our third annual Festival of Trees gala at the Reading Country Club, and it’s bound to return bigger and better than ever.
During the gala, you can expect a beautiful assortment of decorated trees featuring incredible prizes to be raffled off throughout the evening, a bottle pull featuring fine spirits, delicious food and dessert, and the vibrant music of the locally renowned Uptown Band. This year, guests who are unable to attend the gala are welcome to join us for an after party from 9-11 PM featuring a cash bar, light refreshments, and a festive atmosphere courtesy of DJ Erich of the Uptown Band.
“We’re not only excited to raise lifesaving funds for animals depending on us, but also to celebrate our incredible supporters who make our work possible in the first place”, says Ashley Mikulsky, Acting CEO and Chief Development Officer. “Festival of Trees is proof that when you get a group of like-minded animal lovers together, it can change lives.”
Tickets are on sale now, but they are expected to sell out fast. To learn more about the gala and reserve your tickets, visit www.berksarl.org/festivaloftrees.
